‘Green Meadows’ Stitched-Painting Workshop

Discover the joy of slow stitch in a NEW workshop designed to inspire creativity in a relaxed and welcoming space.
Apply easy-to-learn embroidery techniques to my small-batch, hand-painted linen pastoral landscape with richly textured, beautiful results.
All materials to complete the finished piece are provided (NB this does not include the stretching board for framing).
Suitable for adults of any skill level.
What you will learn:
How to use stranded embroidery threads.
A selection of my favourite embroidery stitches to use in the completion of your stitched-painting.
How to stretch your linen for framing (this step is explained but not completed during the workshop).
Ideas for framing your finished piece with framed examples.
No prior experience required, I will guide you step by step through the process.
Please note due to the unhurried nature of the stitched process pieces will need to be completed and framed post-workshop.

Everything you need to complete my ‘Green Meadows’ stitched-painting, unframed piece approximately 15x15cm finished size
One ‘Green Meadows’ raw linen background, hand-painted by me
Embroidery threads selected by me for this design
Thread sorter
Embroidery needles/threader
Embroidery scissors
Bamboo embroidery hoop
Drawstring bag to carry your supplies home
Morning tea including light refreshment
Limited to 9 spaces only to allow for plenty of personal guidance.
Cancellation Policy:Â Please note, no refunds are available for this workshop although bookings can be transferred to a friend, please just let me know in advance. In the case of cancellation, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.
