'Silent in the Trees III' is part of my 'Salt & Light III' collection and continues my on-going love affair with Auckland's characterful and majestic maunga. This piece features Takarunga/Mt Victoria in the moody light of early morning as the sun starts to illuminate the mountain. The historic Signalman's House and glimpses of rooftops peak through the lush foliage on the Southern slopes.
